Delete Your Account
In-app deletion plus an email fallback. Account and data are removed within 30 days.
1. How to delete your account in the app
You can delete your SucsessMaperrs account directly from the mobile app. Follow these steps:
- Open the SucsessMaperrs app on your device.
- Go to Profile (tap your profile icon in the bottom navigation).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Optionally tell us why you're leaving — this is anonymised and helps us improve.
- Tap Permanently Delete Account.
- Confirm your identity by entering your password or signing in with Google.
- Tap Yes, Delete in the final confirmation dialog.
Once confirmed, your account is queued for deletion immediately and your data is removed within 30 days (see Section 3).
2. What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently removed from our systems:
- Account information — your email, name, mobile number, date of birth, gender, and profile details.
- Assessment responses — all psychometric assessment answers, sessions, and scored results.
- Reports — Psychometric Report, Strategic Timing Report, Career Blueprint, and all derived artifacts.
- Strategic Timing data — your optional timing inputs and any derived timing analysis (if you opted in).
- Chat history — every conversation with the AI career advisor.
- Payment records — purchase history and order metadata (we retain only what tax law requires; see Section 3).
- Preferences — career domain selections, interest filters, and saved settings.
- Notifications — your notification history.
- Authentication credentials — your Firebase login record.
Anonymised, aggregated analytics (which cannot be used to re-identify you) may be retained for service improvement.
3. Retention period
- Personal data is deleted within 30 days of your account-deletion request.
- Tax-mandated payment records may be retained for the period required under Indian tax law, after which they are deleted.
- Anonymised, aggregated data with no re-identification path may be retained indefinitely for research.

4. If you can't access the app
If you've lost access to your device, can't sign in, or otherwise can't use the in-app flow, email us:

We process verified requests within 30 days.
Please email us from the address registered on your account, or include enough information for us to verify your identity. If you're a parent or guardian requesting deletion of a child's account, mention that explicitly — we'll guide you through verification.
