1. Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Samadhaan Labs, a partnership firm with its principal place of business at 4201, A Wing, Gauri Excellency, Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400067, India ("Samadhaan Labs", "we", "us"), governing your use of the SucsessMaperrs mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SucsessMaperrs provides a career intelligence platform that combines validated psychometric assessment, an optional Strategic Timing analysis, and AI-assisted synthesis to produce a personalised career report. The Service is informational and advisory in nature.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years of age to use the Service.
• If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, as required under the DPDP Act, 2023.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Pricing & payment

• Launch offer: the Navigational Blueprint lists at ₹14,000, with a limited-time Welcome offer of up to 90% off the list price, applied at checkout, one-time. A Blueprint + Counsellor Briefing tier is coming soon. Prices are inclusive of 18% GST and payable in Indian Rupees.
• Refunds: we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee from the date of report delivery. After 7 days, refunds are at our reasonable discretion.

5. Not professional advice

The Service is not a substitute for professional career counselling by a licensed practitioner, psychological evaluation by a licensed clinical psychologist, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice. We provide information and a structured point of view; you remain responsible for your own decisions.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee admission to any institution, any specific salary outcome, or any specific career result. Recommendations are probabilistic, based on validated assessment data, and may or may not accurately reflect your individual circumstances, abilities, or market realities.

7. Strategic Timing (optional)

The Service offers an optional Strategic Timing layer, included transparently. The timing analysis is provided as one perspective among many — guidance on when to act — not as a deterministic prediction or a guarantee of any outcome. You agree not to use the timing section as the sole basis for any major life decision.

8. User obligations

• Provide honest and accurate information in the assessment.
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the Service.
• Do not share your account credentials.
• Respect our intellectual property and the privacy of others.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, algorithms, and materials forming part of the Service are owned by Samadhaan Labs or our licensors. You retain ownership of your raw assessment responses. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, royalty-free licence to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the Service and conduct research.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samadhaan Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost career opportunities, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or ₹5,000, whichever is lower), except where law prohibits such limitation.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Samadhaan Labs, its directors, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, including the Service as a whole, with reasonable notice. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

13. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
