Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. What you are buying
SucsessMaperrs, operated by Samadhaan Labs ("we", "us"), sells one-time digital reports — the Navigational Blueprint and the extended Briefing — delivered electronically inside the app and by email. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. This policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
Every paid report carries a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, measured from the date your report is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason within those 7 days, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid, including GST.
After the 7-day window has closed, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our reasonable discretion — for example, where a genuine technical fault prevented delivery or use of your report.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email Direction@SucsessMaperrs.com with the subject line Refund Request, from the email address used at purchase, including:
- your name and registered email or phone number;
- the order or payment reference (from your payment confirmation); and
- a brief note on the reason (optional within the 7-day window).

4. Processing & timelines
- We acknowledge every refund request within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Once initiated, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. We do not refund to a different account, card, or instrument.
5. Cancellations
Because reports are generated and delivered on demand, an order cannot be cancelled once the report has been generated and delivered to you — the 7-day money-back guarantee in Section 2 applies instead. If you complete payment but the report has not yet been generated, contact us immediately and we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
6. Free tier
The Reconnaissance (free) experience involves no payment, so no refund applies to it.
7. Failed & duplicate payments
If you were charged but did not receive your report, or if you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with the payment reference and we will fully refund the failed or duplicate charge. Amounts deducted due to a failed transaction are normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days.
8. Digital delivery — no shipping
All products are digital. Nothing is physically shipped. Your report is delivered electronically inside the SucsessMaperrs app and by email, usually immediately after the assessment is completed and payment is confirmed. No shipping charges apply.
